Hey Zenful Dancers!
I joined the Yoga Journal 21-day Challenge (today is Day 1). They provide a different follow-along yoga video each day as well as a 15-minute audio program on seated meditation. They also suggest you eat 1 vegetarian meal per day which of course will save you some money on the groceries over the course of the program, give you a nice hefty portion of your daily veggies AND leave a lighter carbon footprint on the planet. What a deal! You can track it all from straight from the site. It’s fun and it costs you nothing but a little time, a smidgen of discipline and an ounce of sweat. Follow along with me or invite your friends through Facebook. Or if you’re one of those Emo types you can always go it alone. 🙂 Any way you do it, you’ll be so happy you did!
