This is part one of a part three series to catch up on some much needed Zenful-ness:
For starters, the word Zenful (something I came up with many years ago), means full of Zen and is meant to in some cases be an oxymoron: Full of empty mind. Full of nothingness can lead us on our path to enlightenment. It can also mean full of the Zen philosophy and/or full of Zen Buddhism (although I do not claim to be this).
What does being Zenful mean to you? Ponder this for now.
